Est 7:1

So the king and Haman came to banquet with Esther the queen.

Ary ny mpanjaka sy Hamana dia nankao amin' i Estera, vadin' ny mpanjaka, ho ao amin' ny fanasana

Dia nankao amin' ny fanasan' i Estera ny mpanjaka sy Amanà.

Le roi et Aman allèrent banqueter chez la reine Esther,

Est 7:2

And the king said again unto Esther on the second day at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition, queen Esther? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? and it shall be performed, even to the half of the kingdom.

Ary hoy indray ny mpanjaka tamin' i Estera teo am-pisotroan-divay tamin' ny andro faharoa inona no angatahinao, ry Estera, vadin' ny mpanjaka? Fa homena anao izany. Ary inona ange no tadiavinao? Fa na dia hatramin' ny antsasaky ny fanjakana aza dia hotovina izany.

Tamin' io andro faharoa io, dia hoy indray ny mpanjaka tamin' i Estera tamin' ny fanasan' ny divay: Inona no angatahinao, ry Estera, mpanjakavavy? Fa homena anao izany. Inona no irinao? Fa na dia ny antsasaky ny fanjakana aza, dia ho azonao.

et ce deuxième jour, pendant le banquet, le roi dit encore à Esther : "Dis-moi ce que tu demandes, reine Esther, c' est accordé d' avance! Dis-moi ce que tu désires; serait-ce la moitié du royaume, c' est chose faite"

Est 7:3

Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favour in thy sight, O king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request:

Dia namaly Estera, vadin' ny mpanjaka, ka nanao hoe: Raha mahita fitia eto imasonao ary aho, ry mpanjaka, ka sitraky ny mpanjaka, dia aoka homena ahy ny aiko araka ny fifonako ary ny fireneko araka ny fangatahako;

Ka hoy ny navalin' ny mpanjakavavy, Estera: Raha nahita fitia eo imasonao aho, ry mpanjaka ô, ka sitraky ny mpanjaka izany, dia omeo ahy ny aiko, fa izany no angatahiko, sy ny an' ny fireneko, fa izany no iriko.

"Si vraiment j' ai trouvé grâce à tes yeux, ô roi, lui répondit la reine Esther, et si tel est ton bon plaisir, accorde-moi la vie, voilà ma demande, et la vie de mon peuple, voilà mon désir.

Est 7:4

For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. But if we had been sold for bondmen and bondwomen, I had held my tongue, although the enemy could not countervail the king' s damage.

fa namidy izahay, dia izaho sy ny fireneko, mba haringana sy hovonoina ary haripaka; fa raha tahìny namidy ho andevolahy sy ho andevovavy izahay, dia ho nangina ihany aho; kanefa anie tsy mahonitra ny fatiantoky ny mpanjaka tsinona ilay fahavalo e.

Fa namidy izahay, dia izaho sy ny fireneko, mba haringana, hovonoina, hofoanana. Raha namidy ho andevo sy mpanompo fotsiny izahay dia hangina ihany, fa izao, tsy hahonitra izay faty antoky ny mpanjaka akory ilay mpampahory.

Car nous sommes livrés, mon peuple et moi, à l' extermination, à la tuerie et à l' anéantissement. Si encore nous avions seulement été livrés comme esclaves ou servantes, je me serais tue. Mais en l' occurrence le persécuteur sera hors d'état de compenser le dommage qui va en résulter pour le roi."

Est 7:5

Then the king Ahasuerus answered and said unto Esther the queen, Who is he, and where is he, that durst presume in his heart to do so?

Dia namaly Ahasoerosy mpanjaka ka nanao tamin' i Estera, vadin' ny mpanjaka, hoe: Iza moa izany, ary aiza no hisy hasesiky ny fony hanao izany akory?

Dia niteny Asoerosa, mpanjaka, nanao tamin' i Estera mpanjakavavy hoe: Iza moa izany, ary aiza loatra no misy izay olona asesiky ny fony hanao izany?

Mais Assuérus prit la parole et dit à la reine Esther : "Qui est-ce? Où est l' homme qui a pensé agir ainsi?"

Est 7:6

And Esther said, The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.

Fa hoy Estera: Io Hamana ratsy fanahy io no rafilahy sy fahavalo! Dia raiki-tahotra teo anatrehan' ny mpanjaka sy ny vadin' ny mpanjaka Hamana.

Ka hoy ny navalin' i Estera: Ny mpampahory, ny rafilahy, dia Amanà io ratsy fanahy io. Raiki-tahotra teo anatrehan' ny mpanjaka sy ny mpanjakavavy Amanà.

Alors Esther : "Le persécuteur, l' ennemi, c' est Aman, c' est ce misérable!" A la vue du roi et de la reine, Aman fut glacé de terreur.

Est 7:7

And the king arising from the banquet of wine in his wrath went into the palace garden: and Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther the queen; for he saw that there was evil determined against him by the king.

Ary tezitra dia tezitra ny mpanjaka, dia nitsangana niala teo am-pisotroan-divay ho eny an-tanimbolin' ny trano; ary Hamana kosa nitsangana hangataka ny ainy tamin' i Estera, vadin' ny mpanjaka, satria hitany fa misy loza hamelin' ny mpanjaka azy.

Tezitra loatra ny mpanjaka, ka nitsangana niala teo amin' ny fanasan' ny divay ho ao amin' ny zaridainan' ny lapa, fa Amanà kosa nijanona hangataka ny ainy amin' i Estera mpanjakavavy, satria hitany marina fa raha ny amin' ny mpanjaka, dia ny fahaverezany no raikitra.

Furieux, le roi se leva et quitta le banquet pour gagner le jardin du palais, cependant qu' Aman demeurait près de la reine Esther pour implorer la grâce de la vie, sentant trop bien que le roi avait décidé sa perte.

Est 7:8

Then the king returned out of the palace garden into the place of the banquet of wine; and Haman was fallen upon the bed whereon Esther was. Then said the king, Will he force the queen also before me in the house? As the word went out of king' s mouth, they covered Haman' s face.

Ary ny mpanjaka niverina avy teo an-tanimbolin' ny trano ho ao amin' ilay efa nisotroany divay teo, ary Hamana sendra niapoka tamin' ny farafara nandrian' i Estera. Dia hoy ny mpanjaka: Moa hisavika ny vadin' ny mpanjaka eto anatrehako eto an-trano va io? Raha vantany vao naloaky ny vavan' ny mpanjaka izany teny izany, dia nisy nanarona ny tavan' i Hamana

Nony niverina avy any amin' ny zaridainan' ny lapa, ho ao an-trano fanasan' ny divay ny mpanjaka, indro Amanà niankohoka teo am-parafara nisy an' i Estera, ka hoy ny mpanjaka: Andray! dia sahy misavika ny mpanjakavavy eto an-tranoko, ato an-dapa ve, ilay ity e? Vantany vao naloaky ny vavan' ny mpanjaka izany teny izany, dia nisy nanarona ny tavan' i Amanà.

Quand le roi revint du jardin dans la salle du banquet, il trouva Aman effondré sur le divan où Esther était étendue. "Va-t-il après cela faire violence à la reine chez moi, dans le palais?" S'écria-t-il. A peine le mot était-il sorti de sa bouche qu' un voile fut jeté sur la face d' Aman.

Est 7:9

And Harbonah, one of the chamberlains, said before the king, Behold also, the gallows fifty cubits high, which Haman had made for Mordecai, who spoken good for the king, standeth in the house of Haman. Then the king said, Hang him thereon.

Ary Harbona, tsindranolahy anankiray, izay teo anatrehan' ny mpanjaka, dia nilaza hoe Indro miorina eo akaikin' ny tranon' i Hamana ny hazo, dimam-polo hakiho ny hahavony, izay nataon' i Hamana hanantonany an' i Mordekay, ilay niteny soa ho an' ny mpanjaka. Dia hoy ny mpanjaka ahantòny amin' io izy.

Ary Harbona, anankiray tamin' ny eonoka, nilaza teo anatrehan' ny mpanjaka hoe: Ao an-tranon' i Amanà izao, dia efa mitsangana ilay hazo, dimampolo hakiho ny hahavony, namboarin' i Amanà ho an' i Mardokea, ilay niteny nahasoa ny mpanjaka. Dia hoy ny mpanjaka: Amanà no ahantony amin' izany!

Harbona, un des eunuques, dit en présence du roi : "Justement il y a une potence de 50 coudées qu' Aman a fait préparer pour ce Mardochée qui a parlé pour le bien du roi; elle est toute dressée dans sa maison""Qu' on l' y pende", ordonna le roi.

Est 7:10

So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king' s wrath pacified.

Ary Hamana dia nahantony tamin' ilay hazo efa natsangany hanantonana an' i Mordekay. Dia vao izay no nionona ny hatezeran' ny mpanjaka.

Ka dia nahanton' ny olona tamin' ilay hazo namboariny ho an' i Mardokea Amanà. Ary nionona ny hatezeran' ny mpanjaka.

Aman fut donc pendu à la potence dressée par lui pour Mardochée et la colère du roi s' apaisa.
